The best bread I have ever baked!
Dear Christine, I’m so happy to be sending you a photo of my first ever loaf of bread - From flour milled from the Salzburg Mill! It is mainly spelt with a little bit of hard red and hard white wheat, topped with sesame seeds! I am so delighted with this loaf of bread! It has the softest, most delicate crumb and the flavor is incredible! My husband has very discerning taste buds, and it is by far his favorite loaf of Whole grain bread that I have made this year. He said it was making his tongue tingle! And he loved the flavor and the texture. This is extremely good news to me because the whole grain bread I was making either from milling with the Komo mill or purchasing stone ground flour from the store, David did not care for. And this bread - Made from Flour milled from the Salzburg Mill - he really likes! He will eat this!!! Yay! He would take a bite or two of the other whole Grain bread I made, but he would never eat a whole slice. Don’t you think this is very good news! I do! Thank you again! Britta

I have owned an MT5 ED grinder for a few months now and I can say that the grinder is TIP TOP. The bread simply tastes different from the supermarket or the bakery.... or let's put it this way.... it tastes different not only because I bake the bread myself but also because I can now grind the flour myself... Bread becomes not just a means of consumption but a means of enjoyment.

I'm really impressed with the quality of the products. They are really worth the money. The advice is great and my questions are always answered very nicely and usually with further advice. Keep up the good work, dear grain mill team!
