This Limited Warranty is provided by
AGRISAN NATURPRODUKTE GMBH.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
A precondition to any warranty claim is the proper use of the appliance according to the manual provided upon shipping, as well as valid proof of purchase (invoice).
The following issues are covered by this warranty for 12 years for home use and 2 years for commercial use:
Material and manufacturing defects.
Wear of the stone causing a functional malfunction.
Breakage of the granite grinding stone causing a malfunction.
Chipping of the granite milling stone causing a malfunction.
This warranty does NOT cover:
Damage to fragile parts caused by improper use or lack of care.
Aesthetical degradation of wooden parts, including small cracks irrelevant to the function of the mill, as well as any natural wood features (wood is a living material).
Power Supply Issues: Damage caused by connecting the device to an incorrect voltage or frequency (e.g., using a 230V device on a 110V circuit without a certified converter).
Damage caused by force, improper use, or the milling of non-specified grains (e.g., oily seeds in a stone mill).
AGRISAN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. At our discretion, the remedy shall consist of repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the purchase price.
Interventions: Any repairs or interventions not carried out by Agrisan or authorized persons will invalidate this warranty.
No Extension: The warranty period is not extended or renewed by any warranty service provided.
Before returning the device: Please contact us via e-mail or phone before shipping. Many issues are minor operating errors that can be solved remotely with a simple tip, saving your grinder from unnecessary transportation stress.
The warranty applies from the date of purchase and is based on our choice of replacement, repair or reimbursement of the purchase price.
The warranty does not cover compensation for consequential damage, loss or natural wear and tear or damage caused by force, improper use or lack of or improper care.
Any interventions not carried out by the manufacturer or by persons authorized by the manufacturer will invalidate the warranty.
The warranty period is not extended or renewed by a warranty provided.
Repairs of material and processing defects within the warranty period are of course carried out completely free of charge.
However, we would ask you to send us a short e-mail or call us before you send the device to us.
There could be a minor issue or an operating error, something that we can easily solve with a corresponding tip or information. This will save your grinder from unnecessary transportation stress.
If a return is necessary, please pack your grinder in the original box or, if possible, in a sufficiently strong box with adequate protection. Please use sufficient stuffing material that is cushioning and dimensionally stable.
Please send the grinder without accessories, operating instructions etc.
Please also include information about the problem to be rectified and give us your telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
Send the parcel to our address with sufficient postage – please also remember to cover the shipping with a transportation insurance, which hardly causes any higher postage costs.
