Salzburg Master Flaker from solid, local beech wood

For a good morning!

“Breakfast like an emperor,” an old saying advises, and modern science doesn’t change that. A healthy start to daily life is important.

Whether for school, in the office, or in the workshop: Homemade breakfast cereal provides strength and energy!

BUT only freshly squeezed grain flakes are wholesome!

Industrially produced flakes last for months. Unfortunately, little is heard or read about the destruction of important vitamins and enzymes due to the necessary preservation. Even more, clever advertising claims are made for ready-made muesli! Thus, many mothers confidently reach for various cereal packages on supermarket shelves to provide healthy nutrition for the family, especially children. Perhaps you too?

The organic certification does NOT say much about the value of the flakes.
ORGANIC” is an important prerequisite for a healthy diet. But the best, organically grown grain can become almost worthless due to incorrect treatment.

In contrast to “FAST-FOOD FLAKES,” a grain crusher in your kitchen serves fresh, valuable flakes in no time – almost instantly.

Children enjoy cranking and are happy to help bring a healthy cereal to the breakfast table.

The Salzburg Master Flaker squeezes:

  • Grains the size of oats, spelt, wheat, rye, etc.
  • Smallest grains like quinoa, amaranth, etc.
  • Flax seeds
  • Poppy seeds
  • Spices like peppercorns, coriander, caraway
  • Spice blends
  • and much more

Soaking the ingredients before flaking is not necessary, but possible.

Unlike grain mills that use stones to crush the grain, we use rollers made of nickel-free stainless steel.
This is important for people with nickel allergies!

Ask yourself, why do we not use stones for pressing? The answer is simple: Pressing the grains can cause oils to leak and penetrate the stones. This would be extremely unhygienic.

The Salzburg Master Flaker impresses with valuable turning work.

The casing of the flake crusher is made of solid, local beech wood by an Austrian master company.
The careful, extremely precise, and elaborate processing is immediately recognizable and will delight you.

The grains quickly and effortlessly reach the rollers through the round, smooth container and fall directly into the integrated collection container after pressing. This avoids breakable glass and plastics.

The round shape of the funnel avoids gaps, cracks, or crevices, and guarantees the highest possible hygiene.
The funnel is removable, which also makes occasional cleaning of the rollers extremely easy. Cleaning is especially important when pressing oil-containing seeds like flaxseed.

The included screw clamp ensures optimal hold on various work surfaces (tabletops, window sills, etc.).

Also crush spices with the Salzburg Master Flaker:

Crush spices for your homemade bread with the Salzburg Master Flaker. Pressing creates larger, thin flakes. These can be crumbled into the smallest particles by hand in seconds.

Statement from Kitchen Master Franz Sövegjarto – gold medal winner at the IKA/Culinary Olympics in Frankfurt:

The Salzburg Master Flaker crushes spices better than any mortar!”

The spices distribute wonderfully in the bread. For example, you do not feel caraway as a spice in the bread, but the taste of the caraway spreads throughout the bread!
