Recipe: Salzburg Power Bites (No-Bake)

- 1 cup freshly milled spelt or oats (fine grind from your Salzburg Grain Mill)
- ½ cup chopped pumpkin seeds (an Alpine staple!)
- ½ cup dried apricots or apples, finely diced
- 3 tbsp raw honey
- A pinch of sea salt and cinnamon
- A splash of water or apple juice (if needed)
Instructions:
